They took the time to explain why some things needed to be done in a certain way and revised the plans and designs several times just to make it perfect. The quality of the renovation was also excellent and they made extra efforts in managing the contractors to ensure that work was being done in a proper way. Our reno was completed according to schedule despite some delays on our part in confirming on some of the details. They were also gracious in making an effort to coordinate with external contractors which we found on our own, so that renovation can continue as planned."

Even after completion of the renovation, Winson is still very responsive when we encoutered some small and tiny defects. He will address it and act fast with his team.

Got to know HG through my friend, and yes we made the right choice 👌 He is a very chill ID whom let us have the time to do our own furniture shopping like toilet bowls, sinks etc. Whenever we have questions his responses are really prompt and throughout the whole renovation, we felt so safe leaving the house to him and his workers. I was first introduced to Winson in Sep 2022 by my property agent who handled the purchase of my condo. He came highly recommended as a reliable and trustworthy Interior Designer. True to his words, Winson was patient and responsive to my requests and changes. The workmanship of the carpentry work was good and any minor flaws were promptly rectified. The fees were reasonably quoted too, although not the cheapest. After all, it is the quality that counts.
After my first experience with him, I decided to engage him for my second project this year June 2024 , which is the renovation of my parents' home master bathroom. The house is almost 30 years old and had to be renovated to cater to the needs of the elderly. I expressed my requests of the bathroom to be as elderly friendly as possible. He proposed a design which is simple and functional. In addition to the thought put into the design, he took care that my marble flooring and the rest of the items in the house were well protected from the dust and debris, although not 100 % as there is still fine dust. The cleaner uncle was also friendly and accommodating to my requests in cleaning the house after the renovation too.
Without any hesitation , I would strongly recommend Winson to home owners. I have compared fees but Winson gave me a sense of comfort that the renovation will not run into any hiccups. I will still engage him again should I have any future purchases. 😊
